Poetik would like to draw your attention to the present General Conditions which will govern the orders you make for products from the Poetik on-line store located at the following URL address: www.poetik.org /catalog/ (referred to hereafter as the “poetik Store”).
 

The Poetik Store enables any natural or physical person, to order registered products (hereafter referred to as “Products”) through the poetik product catalogue from poetik, a company governed by Swiss law and having its registered office at Av. Guillemin 4, Pully (1009), Switzerland .

The Product catalogue of the Poetik Store includes:

1. ORDERING PROCESS
To order a Product from the Poetik Store, you must create an account by completing the purchase order provided, once you have filled your basket.

After completing the purchase order, you must, in order to validate your order.

Your order is confirmed when you click on the "Validate" button after entering the number, expiry date and cryptogram of your payment card.

An e-mail confirming your order will be sent within 24 hours of validation of your order.

2. PRICES
All orders are payable in Euros, swiss francs, regardless of origin.

Prices are displayed tax inclusive in Euros, and exclude delivery charges for Physical Products and tax deduction at source, which are charged to the debtor according to the financial regulations of certain countries.

Customs duties and/or other import duties and local and central government taxes may be imposed. Poetik accepts no responsibility for these duties and taxes. As customer they are charged to you, and are your responsibility entirely, as regards both declaration and payment to the relevant authorities and/or bodies in your country.

Poetik reserves the right to change prices at any time, but orders will be invoiced based on those in force when the electronic order is sent.

3. PAYMENT AND SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS
Payment is due as soon as the order has been made.

Payment is possible only by the following payment cards: VISA/Mastercard and SWISS POST Debit direct.

Poetik has implemented an effective customer protection policy, securing transactions carried out via the Poetik Store.

Poetik has subscribed to a financial transaction security system implemented by a specialised service provider, postfinance.ch. Only postfinance knows your payment card details and this data is transmitted only in SSL 128 bit encrypted format.

In addition, Poetik and its service providers do not store payment card information and retain only your order details, in order to ensure correct processing and follow-up and to inform you of our Product supply in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of the present General Conditions.

4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The Products are on offer while stocks last, provided they are displayed on the Poetik Store.

If the ordered Product is not available, you will receive telephone or e-mail notification within 72 working hours of validation of your order. You will be informed of a new delivery date. If you would prefer to be reimbursed, your bank account will be credited with the amount debited within 30 days of your own payment.

5. PRODUCT DELIVER

For your information, Poetik processes and dispatches orders within 72 working hours after you have validated the order, while stocks last.

In all cases Poetik is committed to processing and dispatching your order within 30 days after you have validated the order.

Products are delivered to the delivery address provided during the order process.

Products are sent in priority parcel format. For your information, delivery times vary between 48 working hours and 5 working days after you have validated your order, depending on the delivery area. Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be significantly longer due to customs formalities and checks.
You are asked to provide a phone number when completing your order. This phone number is required to enable the carrier to contact you in case of delivery problems.

6. INVOICE
The dispatch addressed to you contains the invoice of the ordered Product(s). This should be kept in case you wish to make a claim.

7. RETRACTION RIGHTS
You have seven (7) days from when you receive your ordered Product to exercise your right to return without providing a reason or being subject to a financial penalty.

Your right to return your Product is however subject to the following conditions:

you must, within seven (7) days of having received the Product you ordered, contact the Poetik Customer Service team by email or by telephone (contact details shown in article 9 below) to get a returns reference number. This is a requirement for receiving a refund on your order.

the Product must be returned, intact and unopened, in its complete original packaging along with your invoice and the returns reference number received from the Poetik Customer Services team.

Products that have been opened and/or are returned incomplete, damaged, broken or soiled will not be accepted.

The customer is responsible for all return delivery costs.

Only the purchase price of the Product(s) will be reimbursed (delivery costs remain the responsibility of the customer).

Reimbursement will be credited to your credit card within thirty (30) days after receipt of your Product(s) by Poetik. 
Under no circumstances will reimbursement be made in advance.

8 . LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The greatest of care is taken in creating our Products. Poetik and/or its suppliers are under no circumstances responsible for indirect damages caused to you , of using the Product.

10 . PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Poetik is committed not to pass on your personal data to third parties.

This data is confidential and is used exclusively to:

- process and follow up your order,
- inform you of Products related to those you have ordered, which are created or sold by Poetik, and to inform you of our promotional offers, unless you indicate otherwise when making your order.

11. PROOF
It is expressly agreed that you are committed not to dispute the admissibility, validity, opposability or conclusive force of elements, including those in IT or electronic format or media, held by Poetik and having the same value as written proof.
